Otázka:

RM schvaluje, aby nemovitosti v ulici Mělnické napojené na staré kanalizační vpustě dešťové vody byly nově napojeny na stávající provozovanou kanalizační síť. Kanalizační přípojky nejprve uhradí město, po majitelích nemovitostí bude požadovat úhradu ve výši skutečných nákladů.
Jako obyvatelka Mělnické ulice o tom slyšim poprvé a doufám že se nás to netýká a nedozvíme se to až ve chvíli kdy se začne něco kopat.

Dobrý den,

pokud narazíme někde na havarijní stav, tak to musíme řešit. Navíc již existuje novější usnesení 3/1/2018 ze 14.11., kde se hovoří pouze o úhradě materiálu. Takto to bylo i při předchozích akcích - revitalizaci náměstí a rekonstrukci Boleslavské. Podotýkám, že za stav přípojek vody a kanalizace zodpovídá vlastník objektu.
